After the death of his beloved mother, Albert's grief takes him to a place no one ever thought it could... somewhere over the rainbow! Unfortunately for Albert, his new found adoration for all things Judy Garland brings him a fairy godmother with a very familiar face and a brief stay in a 1960's sanitarium where he'll meet "the best friends any guy could hope to have".
